I enjoy preparing healthy and yummy food for my crew aka my family ๐Ÿ˜Š. I did this quick healthy meal that consists of Quinoa, Jamaican Brown Stew fish, Gourmet style, Broccoli and Avocado. No carbs ๐Ÿ˜ก just grains and vegetables. Check out pics of prep stage and finished product. #ChefBasia
