My hubby made the most amazing Kale Salad with Grilled Chicken last night. #mySouschef . What can I say, he learnt from the best 😜. We have been focusing on eating smaller meals at night time. What I like about this salad option is the fact that we did not feel hungry after dinner. This salad also included carrots, apples, shredded cabbage, cranberries , pecans and cucumbers. Our choice of salad was a raspberry vinaigrette. #yummy.
