Dinner is served

Tonight’s dinner is Ahi Tuna Salad with Roasted Corn.

Feel like eating something yummy but light. This meal is perfect and can be prepared in about 15 minutes. I placed the corn on the grill while I prepared the ahi tuna with salt, pepper, sesame oil and sesame seed. I place each side of the tuna in the hot skillet for just under a minute to ensure that the inside is still pink but not raw. Then I slice and place on a bed of Arugula, sliced cherry tomatoes, diced avocado and cucumbers. End result =Yummy!
