RECIPE OF THE WEEK
In keeping with my healthy lifestyle, I would like to share one of my favorite “meal salads” with you. It is easy to prepare and it is very delicious and calorie friendly.
- Warm Quinoa with dusted Parsley
- Lettuce of your choice, but please include Arugula
- Basil Leaves
- Kalamata Olives
- Green Apples diced
- Avocado diced
- Feta
- BBQ Chicken strips
- Orange slices
- Cucumber diced
- Roasted Bell Pepper diced
- Roasted Asparagus diced
- Roasted corn kernel
- Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Mixed all vegetables with Pesto Sauce😘
