Baking soda is sodium bicarbornate that is usually used when baking as a leaving agent to expand the batter of cookies, cakes and breads. What you may not know is that baking soda can be useful in several other aspects of your daily life.

Baking Soda can be used to get grime, burnmarks and even rust off your cookware and household appliances. Just leave your wares with baking soda and warm water to soak for about 10 minutes and Voila! Your wares will be clean again.

Sodium bicarbonate is found in your toothpaste, but if you want that extra glow, adding a little more would not hurt.
