Goan Coconut Curry Shrimp

This Goan Coconut Curry Shrimp is ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ and easy to prepare .
Here is the special recipe I created.
2 lbs of diced (medium) Shrimp seasoned with the following :
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
2 Tsps Salt
Black Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp of purรฉed Garlic
1Tsp of Paprika
1 Tsp of Mrs Dash
1Tsp of Mild Madras Curry
1/3 Cup of Onion
1/4 Cup of Goan Coconut Curry
2 Tbsps of Parsley Dust
2 Tbsps of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Shrimp Stock
Prep Time – 15 mins
Method:
Add onions to olive oil , (once oil is hot) in medium skillet. Then add shrimp. Allow to cook until shrimp ๐Ÿฆ begins to change color. Add some of the shrimp stock to the bottom of the skillet if shrimp begins to stick to the pot. Allow shrimp to cook for approximately 10 minutes. Add dusted parsley after the shrimp is finished cooking.
Serving Tips
Goes well with Sweet Potato, Quinoa, Avocado, and a Green Salad๐Ÿฅ—
