While I am in Dubai, my challenge is to eat really healthy and maintain my inches. To help other weight watchers like myself, I have been blogging my daily meal choices. So far, I have been sticking primarily to Asian cuisine due to the high vegetable content and I only eat fish and seafood.
My meal of the day in Dubai is Salmon with Soba Noodles. This Amai veggie noodles is topped with a glazed salmon fillet and sprinkled with black sesame seeds. It is yummy 😋.
My drink is Watermelon Cooler
For Dessert I had to have this Pistachio Eclair. 🙄👌🏾 I could not resist #yummy.
