Todayโ€™s Meal Plan๐Ÿ˜

Today was a challengeโ€ผ๏ธ I did not stick to my calorie friendly diet. I was on a “SeeFood” diet๐Ÿ˜‚. I saw food and I ate the food๐Ÿ˜Ž. Full disclosure, I have put on 5 pounds, so I am going to have to blog about how I lost the weight after Dubai๐Ÿ™„. I had lunch at Crumbs Elysee Cafe in Motor City, Dubai. The food was amazing and affordable. Ambience, โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ.

Here are some of my healthy and not so healthy choices from today:

I started off well with this creamy seafood soup with calamari, shrimp and vegetables . (Told you I was on a seafood diet๐Ÿ˜…). I did not have the wafer like bread. I was told that it is delicious, especially when dipped into the soup.

Then came the Mojito “mocktail” and my Jamaican “lover” aka my husband๐Ÿ˜had the Pomegranate “mocktail”.

For my main course, I had the Harmour Fish with steamed vegetables and a bรฉchamel sauce. It was yummy๐Ÿ˜‹.

It was after this course that healthy left the building, and my “see-food” diet began. I had a delicious Chocolate Ganche cake. It had the right amount of chocolate, moisture and sweetness. And they came the calories

Later that day I went out for an evening snack . This is what I had;
Fried Calamari with a creamy Dip.


Avocado Juice.
I find avocado drinks to be quite popular in Dubai.
