It has a crunchy, firm texture and helps to maintain a healthy heart as well as a safe cholesterol level, as it is fat and calorie free.

Squids are classified as cephalopods, they are known for their suction tentactles and ability to squirt ink. Squids are normally white, slightly sweet and, has a somewhat chewy texture when cooked. This particular seafood is rich in zinc, manganese, copper and riboflavin, that aids in the fight against tumors and promtes weightloss. However, Calamari (fried squid) is one tasty and unhealthy exception. 😝

Salmon is also known to be a superfood, as it protect your heart and reduces the risk of potential heart disease, if consumed regularly.
