I prepared this delicious Shrimp Mango Salad for lunch today!. It taste so good. It is healthy and calorie friendly.
Here is the recipe :
2lbs of Cooked Shrimp
1 Bag of Asian slaw
1/4 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Diced Mango
1/2 Cup Cucumber
1/3 Cup of Pickled Red Onions
1/3 Cup of Sushi Ginger
8 Basil Leaves
Sliced Avocado
Dressing: Asian Sesame Ginger
