Sometimes you have to do what’s best for you. That includes being able to say, “No.”. People will always try and get you to do what’s best for them. If you are constantly surrounded by people who require you to do what’s best for them, today is a good day to take a stand and say, “No.”

  • Find Your Center

Having a center,( a place to go to internally when life knocks you down), is important. People with strong spiritual center (not religious) are much better at coping with sadness and life’s challenges. Finding a Divine connection is very important to living your best life.

  • Make Time For Fun

Many people feel guilty when they are having fun. It is important to make time to enjoy your life. There is no point in being too busy to enjoy your life. Make time for happy hour. It gives your brain a much needed boost, as you work hard to achieve your dreams. Your achieve more when you enjoy what you are doing.

  • Dress Up

Don’t just show up, dress up. Happy people care about how they present themselves. When you love yourself, you want to make sure you look good. Dressing up can also have a positive impact on a bad mood. I once had a friend who told me she would dress up more when she was broke๐Ÿ˜‚.

  • Avoid Negativity

Finally, avoid negative people in your life. Have you ever been inspired by a negative person? No!!!Try and avoid the people who only see the glass as half full. Surround yourself with the people who are willing to make sure they full that glass to the top. Negativity does not contribute to happiness or success. However, when you choose to have a positive attitude through difficult times, eventually you will find your way to happy and healthy. Happy people inspire people.
