My Salad Cleanse

After a hectic travel schedule for the past three months, I have decided that I need to cleanse my body honey😁. As a result,I am going to have meal salads for the next two weeks. These are tasty and filling. The following fruits and vegetables will comprise of my daily salad cleanse:
Diced Green Apples
Diced Mango
Avocado
Diced Tomatoes
Pickled Cucumber
Pickled Red Onions
Cauliflower Rice
Arugula Lettuce
Shredded Cabbage
Shredded Carrots
Garbanzo Beans (Channa)
Radish
I dress all my salads with a Balsamic vinaigrette. My salads are normally accompanied by a Pan Seared Salmon, Crab Cakes or Backs, Grilled Shrimp.
