Tonight's Dinner

Tonight’s dinner prepared by yours truly. Healthy eating is very important to me. Many people believe that eating healthy is not tasty, but I beg to differ. Take a look at this tasty but healthy menu I prepared for dinner :
Roasted Cornish Hen
Cauliflower Rice
Boiled Sweet Potatoes
Sauteed Asparagus
Boil Corn with Mexican Chili
Arugula with Beets in a white wine vinaigrette and Avocado

This low carb, low fat menu is excellent for a healthy diet. I will continue to share some of my healthy menus, as well as recipes, on my journey to happy and healthy💃💃👌🏽. And just in case you are wondering, it is yummy 😊.
