Take a look at this Spanish Omelet I did today. This is a 15 minutes recipe that is very healthy, and it is yummy. It can also be done with egg white, but you will need to use two egg whites instead of 1 egg that was used in this recipe.
Normally, I would put my Frittata in the oven, but this one was done on the stove top, in my miniature skillet, for omelets. I mixed together all the ingredients listed below in a small bowl. Sprayed my skillet, put it on the fire and placed all the contents from the bowl in the skillet. (By the way, the bacon was precooked.)
Ingredients
1 Egg
Diced Sweet Peppers
Diced Parsley
Diced Cooked Bacon
Grated Cheddar Cheese
3 Cherry Tomatoes
Arugula Lettuce
Salt and Pepper
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
