If you grew up in the 80s, you would know about the Cosby Show. You would also know the every boy wanted to date or fantasized about Lisa Bonet, who played the role of Denise Huxtable. One of those boys is Game Of Thrones star and Aquaman,Jason Mamoa.

Mamoa who is now married to Bonet, confesses in the November issue of Esquire magazine that he was in love with his wife since he was 8 years old. This means Lisa was 19 years old when he developed this crush. He calls her the ‘girl of his dreams’. To quote Mamoa,
“If someone says something isn’t possible, I’m like , I married Lisa Bonet, anything is f-king possible.”

He confessed that he first saw her on the Cosby Show and he was determined to get her. And that he did after she was finished with ex Lenny Kravitz, her daughter Zoē Kravitz’s dad. Mamoa and Bonet share two kids together. Daughter Lola lolani Momoa, who is 12 and son Nakoa-Wolf Mamoa 10.

The Hawaiian born star is a believer in positive thinking. We are happy that it all worked out for him. Lisa Bonet is a talented queen. She passed her talent down to her daughter Zoē Kravitz, who recently secured the role of Catwoman in the new batman movie.
Bonet is not only a beautiful black queen, but she is also an icon. Her iconic stature was reinforced when Beyoncé paid her homage in a recent costume with her twins, when she was photographed dressed like Bonet when Zoē was a baby.
Congrats to you Jason, we feel you. It seems like even Beyoncé had a crush on your wife. You got a good one man.
