In an ITV interview, that will air in England and the USA, Meghan Markle is candid and vulnerable about her struggle with the scrutiny she faced after marrying her Prince, during and after her pregnancy.
She opened up to Tom Bradby and said,
“Also thank you for asking, because not many people have asked if I’m OK. But it’s a very real thing to be going through behind the scenes.’
I must commend the interviewer, Tom he was gentle and thoughtful in his questioning. He also asked her,
“And the answer is, would it be fair to say, not really OK, as in it’s really been a struggle?’ Meghan, visibly upset, then replies: ‘Yes.’
Wow…finally somebody had the courage to ask. All is not lost in this world. I think the British tabloids sometimes forget that Meghan Markle would not be married to Prince Harry if he did not want to marry her. His love for her was so strong that he broke every royal rule to marry a divorced, Black, American actress. Unfortunately, they seem hell bent on making her pay for her new royal status.
Unfortunately for Harry, dealing with the paparazzi is like déjà vu. He is witnessing the same type of media obsession with his mother, the late Princess Diana, with his wife. You would have to be coldhearted not to understand that.
