Parmesan Cod in Cilantro Sauce

Hey Fam,

Hope you are all doing well. This is one of my favorite fish recipes . It is an unsalted Cod Fish I seasoned with just seasalt and black pepper. The key is the flavor of the sauce.

Parmesan Cod With Roasted Potatoes


  • 2 packs of Fish Fillet (any boneless fish can be used)
  • 1- 2 cups of Low calories Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup of Cilantro Oil (made by blending Cilantro and Olive Oil)
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey
  • 1/4 of Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp of Sriracha Sauce

I paired this dish with roasted miniature potatoes.
