Hope you are all doing well. This is one of my favorite fish recipes . It is an unsalted Cod Fish I seasoned with just seasalt and black pepper. The key is the flavor of the sauce.
Parmesan Cod With Roasted Potatoes
- 2 packs of Fish Fillet (any boneless fish can be used)
- 1- 2 cups of Low calories Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup of Cilantro Oil (made by blending Cilantro and Olive Oil)
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup of Honey
- 1/4 of Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp of Sriracha Sauce
I paired this dish with roasted miniature potatoes.
