Hey Fam,

I promised you I would do a Food Vlog showing you how I prep food for the week, for my family. Well wait no more. I have delivered. This past Saturday, I documented my weekly food prep. This method saves me a lot of time, money, not to mention, it keeps me healthy.

This week I made an Asian dish. I prepared Teriyaki Stir Fry Noodles with Pork, Chicken and Shrimp. In addition to this, I prepped food for my family for about 3 days. I prepared Jasmine Rice, Linguini Pasta and Jamaican Stew Peas with pigs tail.

This week I am joined by my “big son” son, RJ. He seemed to have enjoyed the end product. Word of advise; don’t try to cook this meal without a wok. It is yummy.
