During this time of quarantine, I have been feeling to eat all types of exotic food. At the top of my list of cravings, is my yearning to eat Lobster Roll! Guess what I made this weekend? Lobster Roll of course. It was absolutely delicious and quite easy to prepare. I think I want to substitute the lobster with crab next time🥰.
Here is the recipe for my lobster roll:
First place the lobster tails in a pot of boiling water with seasalt and Old Bay seasoning and unsalted butter. Leave for 8 mins until lobster turns bright red. Remove lobster meat from tail and cut into 1/4 inch pieces and place into an empty bowl.
Add sea salt and other ingredients listed above. Add mayonnaise and chive at the end.
Melt butter and brush on the rolls. Fill each roll with lobster and place in hot skillet until golden brown for approximately one to two minutes. Then serve warm.
