What Is Your New Year Resolution?

I have none. Before I take any decision this year, I will ask myself, “Is  this thing, person, situation or opportunity, good for me?” If the answer is no, I am just going to keep on pressing.  When you focus on doing what will makes you happy, you will get the results you are looking for. A life worth living boils down to maintaining your happiness. 

It is my experience that bad habits lead to bad results. If I make a habit of eating what is not good for me, my health will be compromised.  If I surround myself with toxic people, I will become toxic. If I insist on hanging around people who don’t like, I would eventually end up not liking myself.


My results are my doing, as my actions determine my consequences. If I drink water, I will be hydrated. It is as simple as that. This is the year for us all to focus on what is inside of us and as well as to  pay close attention to what is inside the people we are hanging around. Not everyone we call our friend is our friend. Some people just like to tell other people you are their friend.😎.

So before you make your list, you must first address what or who is making you unhappy.  When you address that, there in lies the key to your resolutions and your ultimate happiness.  Sometimes all that is required is to stop the shit we are doing.
